I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms had a wonderful city view, were super comfortable, and came fully equipped with luxurious toiletries. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the best of Sapporo, and the dining options were diverse and delicious. While the facilities were excellent, the only downside was the occasional busyness around the dining area.

I was on the 29th floor and had a nice view of the city, commanding an excellent view of Sapporo. The room was super spacious with a nice view of Sapporo, providing a comfortable stay overall. However, the dining experience was mediocre and lacked variety, which was a downside. The service from the staff was fantastic: very helpful, polite, and always perfectly dressed.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a spectacular night view, clean amenities, and a nice hot bath on the 22nd floor. Despite the room being tiny, it rivals some of Manhattan's hotel rooms. The washroom is lovely, with functional TV controls, necessary air conditioning, nice bathrobes, and complimentary slippers.
