Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a prime location right above the JR Sapporo station with easy access to shopping centers and dining options. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the service can be quite rigid with unclear rules. The dining experience is excellent with high-quality food choices. Overall, a convenient location with comfortable rooms, yet service could be more flexible.
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms had a wonderful city view, were super comfortable, and came fully equipped with luxurious toiletries. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the best of Sapporo, and the dining options were diverse and delicious. While the facilities were excellent, the only downside was the occasional busyness around the dining area.
I was on the 29th floor and had a nice view of the city, commanding an excellent view of Sapporo. The room was super spacious with a nice view of Sapporo, providing a comfortable stay overall. However, the dining experience was mediocre and lacked variety, which was a downside. The service from the staff was fantastic: very helpful, polite, and always perfectly dressed.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a spectacular night view, clean amenities, and a nice hot bath on the 22nd floor. Despite the room being tiny, it rivals some of Manhattan's hotel rooms. The washroom is lovely, with functional TV controls, necessary air conditioning, nice bathrobes, and complimentary slippers.
The hotel offers a mix of room sizes, from moderately small making you feel like you are in a Tokyo hotel to spacious and clean rooms that are perfect for freshening up after a long flight. The shower room may be larger than expected, adding to the overall experience.
